Report on your PDSA on creating a small test of change around delivering constructive and/or positive feedback.
• What was your Plan? Explicitly promote to Engagement Consultants (ECs) what participants have moved into work. Aim to raise EC awareness of participants that have moved onto work and raise job satisfaction from seeing the connection of their role i.e. starting participants on the service and the case loaders role of getting participants into work.
• What did you Do? Shared job start report highlighting participant names with Engagement Consultants. Report was run from August to September service starts.
• What did you Study and learn from your test? ECs got a lot of satisfaction from identifying the names of people they had started on the service. Previous to the PDSA ECS had feedback it was frustrating not hearing when people move into work and how that disconnect has grown whilst working from home. After sharing information all ECs shared excitement of those who had moved into work so quickly and stipulated, they could share these ‘stories’ with potential new participants, stakeholders. All demonstrated satisfaction and recognition from the exercise.

Aww I think about 8 of them are mine, that’s so lovely to see just had a wee check on eEmploy and all seem to be happy/loving their new jobs 😊
