Part 1 PDSA 1. I am now working with our workforce development team to improve placements. The individuals who are part of that team have not been asked to track their placement metrics. The plan is to create a simple form to be completed daily and turned in weekly that tracks, number of participants meets, number of applications completed, and number of jobs placed. 2. I created a simple form that measures these three things and presented it to my superior Craig Stenning 3. I am awaiting approval to implement the test which I hope to do later this week. 4. Measure the number of placements with the form and without and track improvement if any. Redesign form to include other placement metrics. Hi Gregg, I liked the positivity in your responses on the Encouragement or Discouragement assignment, but it seems like each of your responses lacked a little acknowledgement of the circumstances that may have factored into why those scenarios played out. For example, telling your team that the football game was great and we can discuss it tomorrow is a good response, but do you think your response would be enhanced or not by acknowledging the hard work your team has put in for the past week? Just my $.02.
