1. The funding source we have found is designed by the Commonwealth to encourage innovative concepts to support returning citizens. This source requires a 2-month planning phase
2. During the planning phase a committee made up of the partners who entered MOAs will hold regular committee meetings to review the program plan and to recommend improvements. These plans will be reviewed by State funders and approved
3. Recommended changes will be incorporated prior to program implementation.

As described above we will install a program of measuring the metrics that mater including but not necessarily limited to the following:
a. Initial Cohort Admission
b. Attendance
c. Program completion
d. Admission to Job Readiness Training upon Completion
e. JRT Completion
f. Financial Readiness Training Admission
g. Financial Readiness Completion
h. Placement in Workforce Development
i. Initial Job Placement
j. 30 Job Retention
k. 6-month Job Retention

Various metrics will be tracked by whichever staff has direct responsibility. All metrics will be reported to Program Coordinator monthly and reported to funder and CWS quarterly.

2. Seek additional long term funding sources
3. Monitor the Metrics that Matter
