What is an area that you would like to influence in your day-to-day work environment? How might you influence it? What would you do and how would you integrate your learning from the LA in clear and obvious ways?
As I manage the evaluation and reporting of all participant satisfaction outcomes for Fedcap Inc., I am considering implementing an enhanced process for ensuring participant feedback is more thoroughly realized by Fedcap Inc. programs. While I review participant-provided data monthly and provide my analysis, I believe that I can develop improved practices to assist programs in embracing participant recommendations. Specifically, I organize and sort participants’ narrative responses and I expect a more detailed analysis of themes identified in the comments can result in the development of staff trainings and desk guides to address shared concerns and improve service delivery and participant experience. In order to achieve this project, I would have to rely on lessons learned from all modules, for example, the evaluation of participant comments and themes requires a consideration of metrics, the methods by which participant responses are more directly shared, and the plan for addressing potential concerns with staff, calls for influential communication, the way I develop a plan to focus on solutions for participant concerns involve an acknowledgement of innovation.

You have such a compassion to ensure that participants are important. How will participants feedback allow for the success of the services? These would be interesting to hear about and tweak over time and what outcomes are you expecting from the feedback of the participants? How will this drive the services your department provide in a specific way?
