My PDSA is an attempt to enhance my communication skills as a leader with my hypothesis being that if I can more effectively share my ideas with my supervisor specifically, my recommendations are more likely to be accepted and received. There were a couple of results from my PDSA, which I will detail more so during my presentation Friday, but I learned that my supervisor does find my communication effective and when presenting a suggestion, it does resonate with her. The style in which I presented this specific idea, the way in which I chose to communicate, did though provide my supervisor with greater context, which was helpful. She did agree with the idea I presented to her and we will now try to implement it.

Hi John, It is great to see you shifting to the buy in model to effective communicate the thing you want to see happen that can advance your work. Communication with Leadership is key to make changes and implementing an idea. Great Job. i cannot wait to hear your journey around this PDSA and how you have tied it into your leadership.
