PDSA - The areas that I wanted to focus on were effective communication and how I am perceived. My results from my 360 feedback pointed towards this. My PDSA is similar to the 360 feedback but this time I sent it out to the whole team. They were asked to rate their experience with me as team lead. I had the time to administer it multiple times throughout our project. I had them fill it out before and after major tasks within the project. This allowed for me to see quick results with comparison and most importantly make quick changes. My hypothesis is that using the feedback will help pin point where I need to communicate better. The feedback is coming from a variety of personality types as well.
Results: I found a lot of benefit from the PDSAs. Being able to receive feedback multiple times throughout the project helped me to see any patterns. It came down to my tone when sharing information and me multi-tasking too much. I found that I need to focus my attention when dealing with team members instead of juggling tasks while speaking to them.
