E.
- Do you consider yourself innovative? Why? Why not? I think I look for improvements and staying ahead, circumventing issues and with this comes being innovative, seeing, creating and testing new ideas and implementing them. I appreciate ideas and new ways of looking at our delivery within my team and keen to encourage my team to ask questions why we are doing things a certain way. New employees that come to the business out with the industry are always interesting to me as they often come with a fresh way of thinking.
- What is one thing that stood out for you about Innovation from the article(s) and video that you had not considered before? The dots analogy is new to me, its an interesting way to describe innovation as a process. Slightly depressing but also interesting is the fact that education is so focused on answering questions now we are forgetting to encourage questioning.

I agree with your statement about education being so focused on answers. Sometimes you need to ask the right question in order to get the answer you are looking for. Whenever I get stuck with in issue at work, I try my best to stop and see if I am asking the right questions. Am I looking at this issue the right way? Is there another point of view I should be looking for? I think the questions that you ask yourself can be the most important. Great response!

Lorna, I love that you posted about encouraging questions from your team on why things are done a certain way. I also engage in this practice with my field staff, their questions have helped evolve and improve our program! Thank you for the post!
